Grade A Senior Solutions, LLC was founded in 2024 on the belief that in today’s constantly changing world, more people need assistance navigating multiple senior living options. We aim to offer relief and support.

The founder of Grade A Senior Solutions, LLC, is Senior Living Specialist Ashley Burke, who is strongly committed to helping people reach their goals and access resources. Ashley has many years of combined experience in customer service and human services. Her expertise includes case management, care and resource coordination, navigating programs, assisting families and service providers with program complexities, collaborating with agencies, documenting, following up, meeting deadlines, and facilitating meetings. Ashley upholds professionalism with every client she serves. In addition, Ashley had the opportunity to work directly with seniors during her college career as a caregiver, both in their homes and at an assisted living community. She also interned at an adult daycare center as part of her Social Work degree program. She understands what constitutes adequate care, the needs of the elderly, and the aging process. A highlight of Ashley's employment journey was her role as a Relocation Manager, where she was responsible for relocating nearly 100 senior residents due to necessary apartment renovations. She successfully arranged new placements for these seniors in community apartments well before the deadline, with the support of her team and community partners. This project has proven that there is no job Ashley cannot conquer, especially when it is deadline-driven for her clients. She effectively considers the needs of seniors during challenging times, particularly during shifts in change, while being attentive to their physical, mental, social, emotional, and financial needs.

​Ashley holds an associate degree in Human Services: Adult and Family Traumas from Frederick Community College and a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hood College.
