Grade A Senior Solutions, LLC was founded in 2024 on the belief that in today’s constantly changing world, more and more people need assistance navigating multiple senior living options. We want to be the ones to offer relief and support.

The founder of Grade A Senior Solutions, LLC, is the Senior Living Specialist Ashley Burke, who has a strong commitment to helping people reach their goals or access resources. Ashley has over 10 years of experience in customer service and human services combined. Her experience includes case management, care and resource coordination, navigating programs, assisting families and service providers with the navigation of programs when complexities arise, collaborating with agencies, documenting, following up, meeting deadlines, and facilitating meetings. Ashley upholds and adheres to professionalism with any client she serves. In addition, Ashley had the opportunity to work hands-on with seniors during her college career as a Caregiver working with the seniors in the comfort of their own homes and at an assisted living community. She also interned at an adult daycare center as part of her Social Work degree program. She understands what qualifies as adequate care, the care needs of the elderly, and the aging process. A highlight during Ashley's employment journey is when she was tasked as a Relocation Manager with the responsibility of relocating almost 100 senior residents out of their apartment due to apartment renovations being needed, and she had to provide relocation placement for the seniors to transition to moving out into apartments in the community by a deadline, which she achieved way before the deadline date with the help of her team and community partners. This project has proven that there is no job that Ashley cannot conquer, especially when it is deadline-driven on behalf of her clients and also taking into consideration the needs of the seniors during that time with the challenges that occur, especially when there is a shift in change, as well as being attentive to their physical, mental, social, emotional, and financial needs.

Ashley has an associate degree in Human Services: Adult and Family Traumas from Frederick Community College and a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hood College.
